What is executive coaching?
Executive coaching is a structured, confidential conversation between a senior leader and a credentialed coach — repeated over months, not workshops — designed to land specific, board-defensible leadership outcomes. The coach asks; the leader decides. Engagements run six months minimum, with bi-weekly sessions, written prep, and quarterly sponsor reviews on themes and progress only.

Bi-weekly sessions
60–90 minutes, every two weeks, six-month minimum. Written prep, written recap.
Sponsor reviews
Quarterly. Themes and progress only. Session content remains confidential.

Are you ICF-certified? +
I'm CEC-certified (Certified Executive Coach), grounded in the same competencies as ICF accreditation. ICF certification is a separate accreditation track.
Confidentiality? +
Absolute. The coachee owns the content. Sponsors see themes and progress against agreed outcomes only.
Virtual or in-person? +
Both. Toronto in person where useful, remote across Canada the rest of the time.
Minimum engagement length? +
Six months. Coaching outcomes don't land in three sessions.
